
A simple but elegant dish with wonderful flavors. Sufficient quantity to make a starter for 4 people.
Ingredients:
- 180 grams Rice.
- 1 pack of Whole Black Truffles.
- 1 liter of Vegetable stock.
- 1 small onion, chopped very fine.
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- 250ml (1 cup) dry white wine.
- 40g Black Truffle butter, diced.
- 40g Porcini Mushrooms.
- 40g finely grated Parmesan or Grana Padano.
- 1 tbsp TruffleHunter Black Truffle Oil.
- Black Truffle Salt to taste.
