Black Truffle Risotto With Black Truffle Oil Recipe

A simple but elegant dish with wonderful flavours. Sufficient quantity to make a starter for 4 people.

Ingredients:

  • 180 grams Porcini Risoto Mix.
  • 1 pack of Whole Black Truffles.
  • 1 litre of Vegetable stock.
  • 1 small onion, chopped very fine.
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • 250ml (1 cup) dry white wine.
  • 40 g Black Truffle butter, diced.
  • 40 g finely grated Parmesan or Grana Padano.
  • 1 tbsp TruffleHunter Black Truffle Oil.
  • Black Truffle Salt to taste.
