Our delivery time begins from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour processing window. Please note, this may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas.
If one or more items ship from another location, the delivery timeframe may be longer.
Once your order has left us you’ll receive an email with an air‑waybill number so you can track the parcel. Registered customers can also follow progress under “My Orders”.

Depending on your location, the service that delivers your parcel may differ from the carrier that collects your return.
DHL
DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) lets you reschedule, reroute or adjust signature requirements once the shipment is on its way.
After dispatch, DHL will email/SMS you a tracking link (and an ODD link where available) using the shipment waybill number.

- Signature release (liability transfers on drop‑off)
- Leave with neighbour – specify house number/instructions
- Collect at Service Point (most sustainable)
- Vacation hold – store up to 30 calendar days
General: Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries due to local regulations. You’ll be alerted at checkout.
Grooming: Aerosols and flammables can’t fly. Choose Standard where shown.
Lithium batteries: Items with lithium batteries are shipped via Standard services only.
