Peter's Yard sourdough crispbread is made daily in small batches, in their craft bakery in London. Peter's Yard uses the best, natural ingredients including fresh organic milk, organic flours from Shipton Mill, honey, salt and their precious sourdough, which ferments for 16 hours before each batch is hand baked. Their subtle malty flavor and irresistibly light, crisp texture complements a wide range of sweet and savory toppings - from cheese and smoked salmon, to butter and jam.
