Overview

These Caraway sourdough crispbreads are inspired by Peter's Yard love of Sweden, the home of crispbread. Peter's Yard uses simple, natural ingredients including organic spelt flour, organic fresh milk, crushed caraway seeds and their precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until golden and crisp, they are the natural choice for strong hard cheese such as a cave-aged cheddar. Perfect also for dips or as canapes.

Size: Box of small sized (51mm X 51mm) crispbread (90g.).
