It is produced in a traditional olive grove at the northern foot of Mount Psiloritis, exclusively from the Koroneiki olive variety. It is a cold-extracted early-harvest olive oil produced with all-natural processes solely. It is housed in an award-winning bottle specially designed for ease and comfort. Pathos olive oils have a harmonious balance of fruit and bitter with an earthy aroma.
