This handmade Strozzapreti is made in San Ginesio by the local pasta makers at Terra Nostra who were one of the first suppliers Trufflehunter worked with. It is made with local durum wheat and water from a natural spring in the Sibillini Mountains where the brand was founded. Trufflehunter is proud of its heritage and loves working with expert pasta makers in the region to ensure the authenticity of all its pasta products.

How to Use: This pasta should be cooked in lightly salted boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and toss with some sauteed mushrooms and/or shaved fresh truffles. Add a light drizzle of TruffleHunter Black Truffle Oil or Inaudi White Truffle Oil and finish with finely grated Parmigiano. Ideal quantity for 4 persons.
